Emission coverage & method

Continuous event scanning begins after block 9,022,219. Indexed through 9,367,994 (26 Oct 2026, 12:58 UTC). Earlier history is reconstructed from roughly daily samples and verified against individual events. Brief off/on cycles can be missing from that backfill. No recorded change does not prove that none occurred.

Amounts are one-block observations, not daily totals. Participant alpha has separate units.
